Standard Terms & Conditions
By purchasing a custom order, you agree to the following terms:
Processing & Shipping:
-Orders take 2 to 3 weeks to be created and prepared for shipping.
-Shipping times vary depending on the size, weight, and destination of the order. The final shipping cost will be calculated based on these factors.
Revisions & Approval (For Custom Orders):
-Clients are entitled to two (2) revisions during the creation process. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
-Progress photos can be provided upon request to ensure satisfaction with the final product.
Refunds & Cancellations:
-Due to the handmade nature of each piece, all sales are final once an item has been shipped.
-If a client wishes to cancel an order, they must do so within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, cancellations may not be accepted as materials may already be in use.
Usage Rights:
-Custom commissions are intended for personal use only, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
-For commercial use, additional licensing fees may apply. Please discuss commercial rights before placing an order.
Liability & Shipping Damages:
-Once an order is shipped, I am not responsible for any loss, damage, or delays caused by the shipping carrier.
-If an item arrives damaged, the client must contact me within 24 hours with photos, and I will do my best to assist with filing a claim.
